People have asked me if I ever let Aubree just be :) No ponytails or "Outfits". So I decided to show you that I do let Aubree just "be". Usually when we are at home I don't do her hair (sometimes a headband cause her hair is crazy) and I put on comfy clothes.
Her crazy hair is one of my favorite things...
This is what happens "after" the pigtails (don't you love the teething biscuit)

Valentines Day & Caydence's 1st Birthday!

This past weekend was busy busy...we were supposed to or had planned on going to Big Bear on Valentine's Day to have breakfast, lunch, and take Aubree to the snow. It actually started snowing Friday night making it more difficult to get up there so we canned that idea real quick. Tim and I both bought Aubree a few things for Valentines Day...little did we know when we put it together it was more than she needed.
But she did love it.
We stopped by my dad's house to visit and Aubree had fun with her Valentines Bear and race track set.
I still wanted to actually "do" something for V-Day. We ended going to Color Me Mine to get Aubree's hand print done. It was a little harder than I thought...
She was perfectly happy and content...
until I needed to put paint on her hand...
This is the best we could do... it's looks like she has 6 fingers!
Moving on to Sunday- it was Caydence's 1st Birthday. She had a pizza party!

Until it was time to put the party hats on :)
And as if that wasn't enough to do (or eaten enough pizza)...we ended up the long weekend with a trip to John's Incredible Pizza
Aubree loved the little carousel. It was like the only thing she could ride by herself.
We tried the dinosaur...
But, then we were back at the carousel.

It's hard to believe she is already 8 months. She has grown so much in just this past month. It's crazy that she's wearing sundresses in February. The weather has been so nice this past week.
She's crawling now.
She loves to play "Patty Cake" -clapping is one of her favorite things to do.
She waves "bye, bye"
She also gives kisses. Although, it's more like a head butt.
Maddie's 1st Birthday

January 15th was my niece Madelyn's 1st Birthday Party. She was too cute.
Aubree & Alex weren't sure what was going on.

Amy made all of Maddie's Birthday cakes: one for her to destroy (above) and a cute Lady Bug Ice Cream Cake and Lady Bug Cupcakes.
